လွင့်မြောခြင်း

I didn’t (and never had to) worry about money before but now I do. 

The affluent life that I used to live is a distant memory now. 

I’ve got a new job now on unemployment line. And I don’t know how, how I got into this mess. 

Days of the week don’t matter to me, not anymore!! 

Monday doesn’t spark a joy nor does Friday. Weekend means nothing to me. 

Today for no reason I wonder what mum would say if she sees me now as I enjoy လမ်းသရဲမုန့် on a pavement in my  unhygienically clean pyjamas.

One thing I’ve learnt today is our personal problems become so insignificant when we are far away from home.
